On Sunday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted at least eight Palestinians and confiscated a car after the army invaded and ransacked dozens of homes across the occupied West Bank.

In the southern part of the West Bank in Hebron, the soldiers invaded the Maghayer Al-Abeed village in Masafer Yatta south of the city, searched homes, and abducted Ezzeddin Shehada Makhamra, 19.

In Bethlehem, the soldiers abducted Ahmad Barq from Beit Jala city, and Saif Mohammad Shreim, 23, from Beit Sahour, after storming their homes and ransacking them.

In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, the soldiers abducted Mohammad Daoud Abu Fakheitha, 19, from Ras Karkar village, and Mo’tasem Abdul-Fattah Ghawanma, from the Al-Jalazoun refugee camp.

In Jericho, in the northeastern West Bank, the soldiers abducted a teenage boy, Ahmad Abu Jamous, in Al-‘Awja town, north of the city.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded the Al-Yamoun town, west of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and exchanged fire with resistance fighters while trying to abduct one of them, but they had to withdraw due to the exchange of fire.

Also, the soldiers abducted a former political prisoner, Mo’tasem Ghawanma, from the Al-Jalazoun refugee camp, north of Ramallah, after stopping him at a military roadblock near Qusra village, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

In related news, the soldiers invaded Kufur Qaddoum town, east of the northwestern West Bank city of Qalqilia, confiscated a car, and fired many gas bombs and rubber-coated steel bullets at Palestinian youngsters who protested the invasion.
